Unsuccessful applicants may reapply after a period of three months from the date of the negative notification. After a second unsuccessful application, there will be a one-year waiting period before a third application may be submitted. However, if more than two (2) years have passed from the date of the negative notification on the applicant's initial application, then the second application shall be deemed a new application.
