Members' Online Profile Setup

To set up your online profile, have your AMS membership account number (found on the label of your latest issue of the Bulletin (BAMS) ) and your e-mail address handy. If you do not subscribe to BAMS, or if you do not have a recent copy available, please contact Member Services for your account number.

Please also note: the e-mail address you provide is the ONLY E-MAIL address that we will maintain for your account.

Create a new online profile  
Enter your membership account number
   Your membership account number is located on the top line of your subscription label. If you do not subscribe to BAMS, or if you do not have a recent copy available, please contact Member Services for your account number.>  
Enter your 5-digit U.S. ZIP Code or 6-character Canadian Postal Code (as appropriate)
   This zip code must match the zip code that we have on file. If you’ve had a recent change of address, please enter your old zip code in this field.    If you do not live in the U.S. or Canada and do not have a ZIP or Postal Code, leave this field blank  
Enter your e-mail address
   You must choose one e-mail address as your login-id for all AMS web site access.  
Enter your e-mail address again
   To verify that you typed it correctly.  
Choose a password
   Your password can contain up to 64 characters  
Enter your password again
   To verify that you typed it correctly.
