Hotel Information

Blocks of rooms have been reserved at Phoenix hotels with special rates. Reservations will be made on a first-come, first-served basis. Please use the AMS hotels to help the Society avoid penalties for not filling its hotel block.

Reservations are made directly with the hotel of choice. Be sure to indicate that you are with the American Meteorological Society when making reservations to receive our special rates. Please note not all room types are available at all hotels. Single and double occupancy room rates are listed, consult hotel for additional occupancy charges.

Room rates indicated are based on current 2008 government per diem rates ($156 single) for Phoenix and are due to be reviewed/changed in early October. Please check our web-site by mid-October for updated 2009 rates or contact the hotel you made reservations with.
