STAFF RECOGNITION All members of a sponsoring organization will be provided with a ribbon identifying them as such. SIGNAGE • Sponsorship will be acknowledged on a 22" x 28" sign that will be posted at the entrance to the event or     next to the service being sponsored.  AMS will include your corporate or agency logo if provided.
• Sponsors will be presented with a plaque, suitable for display for use at their booth.
• A  list of sponsoring organizations and institutions will be posted at the entrance to the Exhibition Hall, where the exhibits and AMS Resource Center will be located, at the poster sessions, and as part of banquet presentation. PRINT AND ELECTRONIC PROMOTION • Sponsors will be acknowledged in the AMS Annual Meeting Program/Guide to Exhibits (if sponsorship contract is received prior to November). • Sponsors will be acknowledged, with logo if provided, on the AMS Annual Meeting home page.  AMS will also include a link to the sponsor’s homepage if requested. • A black-and-white advertisement, of the size provided below, will be included at no additional charge in the Annual Meeting Program/Guide to Exhibits to sponsors providing support of $1000 or more (if sponsorship contract is received prior to the press deadline of November. $1000+ sponsors will receive a 1/2-page ad
$5000+ sponsors will receive a full-page ad Sponsors wishing to run a four-color ad will be entitled to a 20% discount on the one-time, four-color rate
for any advertising they place.  (Covers 2, 3 and 4 are not available as complimentary ads.) MAJOR EVENT RECOGNITION Your company will be recognized as a sponsor during the Annual Review, the Opening Exhibits Ceremony,
