- EXHIBIT FEES:
- Discounted Rates: 17 January1 September 2004 (application must be submitted with 50% deposit by 9/6/04)
- AMS Corp Member Rate: $21.80 p/sq.ft ($2180 per booth or 10'x10')
- Non-Corp Member Rate: $26.20 p/sq.ft ($2620 per booth or 10'x10')
- Please note: 100 sq. ft. minimum (10 ft = 3.05m / 100 sq.ft. = 9.30 sq.m.)

- EXHIBITION STANDARDS:
- A standard booth is 10' x 10' or 3.048m x 3.048m (or multiples thereof) and includes the following:
- -8' (2.44m) high back drape
- -3' (0.91m) high side drape
- -company identification sign
- -6 booth staff badges (Badges over quota are $35 each)
- -listing in Official Guide to Exhibits
- BOOTH STAFFING:

Exhibitors will receive six exhibit only badges per booth (Badges over quota are $35 each). Exhibitors will only be charged for badges issued. Children under 16 years of age are not permitted in the exhibit area during move-in and move-out.

- EXHIBITOR ONLINE SERVICES:

Exhibitors can submit company profiles/descriptions online for inclusion in the web listing of exhibitors as well as in the Official Guide to Exhibits to be produced for distribution onsite. Exhibitors can also generate badge information for booth staff. Login id and passwords will be sent to each official primary contact for the exhibiting company.
The profile/description must be 150 words or less and will be edited at the discretion of the AMS staff. DEADLINE for profile is 1 November 2004.
