Presidential Policy Forums

From 2001 through 2004, the AMS sponsored a series of presidential policy forums at the AMS annual meeting to address policy issues of relevance to the Society.  Information on each of those forums is provided in the links below.  Given the success of the Presidential Policy Forum series, a Policy Symposium was initiated with the first symposium occurring at the 2006 AMS annual meeting.  The program for that symposium can be obtained here.
