The 13th Conference on Satellite Meteorology will be held the 20—24 September 2004 at the Norfolk Waterside Marriott. Our conference rates are $134.00 single/double and a government block at $109 single/double (you must have your government employee ID at check-in to receive this rate).

EXHIBIT FEES:

• AMS Corp Member Rate: $12.00 per sq. ft. ($1200 = 100 sq.ft or 10'x10' or 9.30 sq. m.)
• Non-Corp Member Rate: $15.00 per sq. ft. ($1500 = 100 sq.ft or 10'x10' or 9.30 sq. m.)

Exhibitor Move-In:

Overtime rates will apply all day Sunday.

Monday 20 September	9:45 a.m.—11:30 a.m.
	3:00 p.m.—4:30 p.m.
	6:00 p.m.—8:00 p.m..
Tuesday 21 September	9:30 a.m.—11:00 a.m.
	2:30 p.m.—4:00 p.m.
Wednesday 22 September	9:30 a.m.—11:00 a.m.
	2:30 p.m.—4:30 p.m.
Thursday 23 September	9:30 a.m.—11:00 a.m.
	2:30 p.m.—4:30 p.m.

Exhibitor Move-Out:

Thursday 23 September	5:300p.m.—8:00 p.m.
All exhibitor materials must be removed from the exhibit facility by 8:00 p.m., Thursday, September 23, 2004. All carriers must check-in no later than 7:00 p.m., Thursday, September 23, 2004. Drivers not checked by this time risk the possibility of their shipments being rerouted via the official show carrier at the exhibitor's expense.

EXHIBITION STANDARDS:

A standard booth is 10' x 10' or 3.048m x 3.048m (or multiples thereof) and includes the following:

• -8' (2.44m) high back drape
• -3' (0.91m) high side drape
• -company identification sign
• -4 staff registrations
• -listing in Official Guide to Exhibits
  
  

EXHIBITOR PROFILE:

Please submit your company profile/description by August 23 for inclusion in the Official Guide to Exhibits to be produced for distribution on-site. The description must be 150 words or less, or it will be edited at the discretion of the AMS staff. It must be submitted via E-MAIL ONLY to Exhibitor_Descriptions@dc.ametsoc.org
